Last updated: 26 October 2026. This policy explains how the SoTurnKey demonstration handles information provided through its enquiry forms. The operator must review and tailor it for its actual jurisdiction, company identity and processing practices before live deployment.
Information collected
We collect your name, email, optional telephone number, optional investment budget for non-acquisition enquiries, message, referring demonstration listing and consent confirmation when you submit a form. Basic form security and session information is used to validate submissions.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to the enquiry, arrange a demonstration or discuss the proposed software/domain acquisition. It is not used to process investments, accept payments or verify identity.
Storage and disclosure
Enquiries are stored in a protected server-side file accessible to authorised administrators. When SMTP is configured, PHPMailer forwards enquiry details to the designated SoTurnKey mailbox; replies are directed to the address the enquirer provided. No user accounts or public contact directory are created. Information may be accessed by hosting providers where needed for operation or security.
Turnstile
Where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information needed for bot protection under Cloudflare's own privacy terms. A server-verified arithmetic fallback is provided when the widget is unavailable.
Retention
The operator should set and publish an appropriate retention period and delete inquiries when no longer required. Until configured, enquiries remain stored until manually removed by an authorised administrator.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your stored enquiry by writing to hello@soturnkey.com, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Updates
This policy may change when the operator, hosting environment, integrations or intended purposes change.
